I think on Holidays bans shouldnt be in effect for anyone, but if the ban exceeds the holiday it resumes effect the next day. I think this would be good so people can atleast participate in the forums during holidays. Does anyone else like this idea?

The idea would be good, if people would only get banned for posting spam accidently like you did, but massive spammers would use this to find a way around the rules, so in the end it would sadly not work.

That's a stupid idea. Some people deserve the bans. If there weren't any bans on holidays, the BBS could be flooded with spam.
