Breathe. If you're in the heat of the moment, stop what you're doing or about to do, sit down and breathe in and breathe out.

Here's a visual breathing exercise you can follow in order to calm yourself down, take your mind off something or relieve stress. Extremely recommend it if you're stretched pretty thin about everything, it's an exercise I do whenever I'm feeling like that too. Maybe drink some water, watch an episode of something, go for a run, focus on something productive that you enjoy doing, keep your mind healthy and going in positive ways.

I hope this was helpful!

Get some sleep?

Exercise is the best anti-depressant if you have the motivation to do it. Try jogging around the block for a mile everyday, and let it clear your mind.

Personally I think exercise is a great stress relief, mainly working out or punching bags.

Honestly though, only your own willpower can get through hard times. I may not be a very credible source, but I just find that therapy isn't necessary all the time, if your situation is shit, psychiatric help isn't going to make the problem go away. The only way to get better at being social is to do what school is half-intended for in the first place- socialize.

Honestly, the only thing that helps me through my problems is my friends and music. If you need someone to talk to, feel free to PM me and I'll listen to everything you have to say. Suppressing your feelings is the worst thing you can do to yourself, it traps you in your own thoughts and you drive yourself nuts from it.

Anyway, I don't want to spam your page. Message me if you need anything at all!

Have you tried meditation?

Sit on the floor, close your eyes, get comfortable, and quite yourself. Just breath and detach yourself from what's around you. Do this somewhere for maybe half an hour, it may help.
