Fuuuck that sounds annoying.
All I get is this weird tapping noise from upstairs... It's not loud or particularly annoying... What bothers me is that I have no clue what it is lol.
Probably some kind of mutant spider-creature. Don't worry about it.
And yeah it is pretty annoying, I wish they'd at least tend to their child instead of ignoring them and letting it bawl it's eyes out.
