This is sadly no joke, I wish I could say it was in light of the holiday, but I have no such luck. You see I haven't been excercising a lot recently, and thus have moved into a more, relaxed life style. I understood the health risks but I have osteroporosis now according to my doctor. This is bad, just a few years ago I was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes and now I have osteoporosis.

Sounds like the fight just got more serious. To win, you have to improve in the places you haven't before. Take a look at Gagsy's posts from a few months ago (BBS regular) - granted, his is a weight problem, but his success is inspirational.
If you can put health at the top of your priority list, I'm sure the problems below that will resolve themselves far easier. "Endeavor to persevere."
